MDF – from 2 to 15mm thick. Toys, puzzles and craft items.
Cardboard – up to triple wall board. Bespoke packaging.
Fabrics – natural and man-made fibres.
Acrylic – up to 12mm thick (with polished edges).
Paper – up to any weight and finish.
Polypropylene – up to 2mm thick.

We can handle pieces up to a maximum of 1250mm x 1250mm with a maximum artwork size of 950mm x 950mmm.

How accurate is the cutting?

Whilst the laser system is very accurate and repeatable, the materials we work with mean that we offer a general working tolerance of +/- 0.5mm for pieces that are up to 150mm square, and +/-1.0mm for sizes up to 950mm x 950mm.

How much will it cost?

The costs depend on the amount of time we estimate the job will take to run. This depends mainly on the length of the cutting path and the material being cut. Send us your artwork and we will get a quote to you by return.
