Process specification – the short version

Max working sheet size B2.
Min sheet size A4.
Max working area in a single pass is 140mm wide by 700mm long.
Weight of stock from 110 gsm to 350 gsm.
Uncoated stocks cut the best, coated stocks leave quite a bit of smoke and dust.
Laminated stocks cannot be laser cut.

Sheets are normally printed first, creased if necessary, laser cut and then returned for final finishing.

Smallest aperture is 0.5mm wide
Thinnest land left between 2 cut areas is 0.5mm wide

Smoke marking

One face will always suffer some smoke marking. The level depends on the weight of stock, the level of detail being cut and the colour of the stock.
